GSK is a large company with many benefits and opportunities. There is good support from a variety of teams for the employees. The pay at GSK is very high.
Cons
The decisions are shortsighted and tactical. There is a lack of alignment between words and actions. There is not a clear process for prioritization. There are many silos which complete for resources and leaders who seek individual/team gain. All of these behaviors derive from the senior leaders or are a result of a lack of clear accountability for decisions.
