      GlaxoSmithKline is known for one of the Best Management in the world. Their objective is to attain the Leadership in the Market and grow and attain the Top Position and emerge as a market Leader, even when market conditions are not Favorable.

      Cons

      Gsk is like a Gigantic Elephant, which at a times find difficult to dance to the Market tunes.
