      Lots of support and development opportunities. It's a mature company and well staffed to support work-life balance.

      Cons

      Slow to adopt change, lack of innovation, highly conservative which made it hard to drive positive change for the patient and provider experience.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
