Culture and bosses are too bad. They are full of themselves. You pat my back and I pat yours kind a culture, no competency or skill set needed. Most people sitting in the company are like that and they hire people who will praise them for nothing. It is shockingly done openly and you see those people getting rewarded immediately. Form boss to colleague , you have to watch over your shoulders all the time. It is nasty in a subtle way.
