Pros

- Lots of employees that work here are in their early to mid twenties. - Currently hybrid where you go in two days a week (welcome to come in more if you want). - Free parking for the Austin office

Cons

- GLG is in a low demand industry that is highly competitive, creating a hustle 24/7 mentality. Those on the bottom (not leadership) frequently feel burned out and punished when the company raises metrics as a result of clients going to competitors for reasons outside of our control. - Managers seem to have “client first, team second” mentality. Managers really make your experience a hit or miss here. I’ve had good and bad experiences with good/not good managers. - High volume of work with past faced timelines; depending on the size of your team, you could take anywhere between 2-6 new project starts a day everyday on top of managing the other projects you have open. - favoritism

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
