Pros
may be a good place for fresh graduates as you will develop lots of people skills for business. you can get promoted very quickly if you are doing a good job, they even have global transfer opportunities for really good ones or senior staff. great work life balance, little OT. most people are easy to work with.
Cons
the exit path is unclear since there are not many technical skills involved. most staff are just calling people and scheduling calls on a daily basis.
