Pros

Great office views overlooking the lake. Nice fitness center and easy access to the lake to go running/walking. Unlimited PTO (well so they claim). Free lunches on Tuesdays. Full time barista.

Cons

Oh where to start. Dysfunction is an understatement, there are WAY too many cooks in this kitchen and everyone has some sort of manager title so they have no real merit. Teams that are supposed to work together struggle to co-exist making the relationship an overall negative one. Opinions that are different are not only not welcome or considered, but you're encouraged to just keep those to yourself. "Open Floor Plan" just means everyday is a free-for-all trying to find a new desk and resetting the computer monitor to your liking. You can't personalize your desk because it likely won't be where you sit tomorrow. For an office that shuts the bathrooms down multiple times a day to clean, they NEVER have toilet paper or paper towels. There is disrespect and disregard towards other employees as well as towards clients. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time here. Take your talent somewhere it can be nurtured and actually appreciated.

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

Good colleagues, arguably a good job post college (for like a year MAX)

Cons

I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. Spent 5 years there, and watched it go further downhill every year. You leave with only soft skills (if that), and 0 actual industry knowledge. Seriously, you leave only knowing a bunch of Hocus Pocus. I am really surprised this company hasn't been bought yet. Or merged. On my team alone, we lost 7 out of our 9 managers since January... either due to layoffs or them quitting. Pay is low. There are no bonuses and it's very difficult to get a raise. 90k in NYC is poverty. There are bright people that come in with Masters, and PhDs, and MBAs -- handing them 90k is insulting.
