Pros

I met some amazing people and made great friendships that I will cherish forever.

Cons

Uff where to begin. For starters the interview process. I received a message from a recruiter to submit my resume and I did. I was coming out of a transitional period in life and needed a job so figured why not. The interview process was simple but everything I was told about the job ended up being only about 50% true. I was told minimal cold calling was needed which was not true because after you ramp up they are watching you like crazies and telling you every 5 seconds to get on the phone and cold call people. Second, once you get recruits their so called clients have NO RESPECT with them. They cancel projects, they cancel calls (sometimes minutes before it was scheduled to start) and have no respect with other people’s times and after all that work you get no credit for it whatsoever and then they are on you to meet your numbers and get calls scheduled and bribe you with snacks or cookies. Like you’re a 3 year old child. If you work here prepare to be micromanaged and treated like a kid that is learning it’s way through life and cannot be independent. “Send me numbers”, an hour later: “send me numbers”. Five minutes later: update your dash. Like omg tell me once and I’ll get it done. The whole concept of insight is actually smart but seriously management is the worst. They promote 20 year olds that have no life experience and no leadership skills. Some managers spend more time worrying about what to wear than to actually manage their team. I’m sorry but if you can go from work straight to twerk at the club your outfit is NOT appropriate. Anyways continuing, work-life balance is non existing. They will give you $40 a month to help with your cell phone bill but you’re expected to be online at all times. If you leave 10 minutes early god forbid. You HAVE to stay late. Even if you come early they do not care you have to stay. You get “projects” 5 minutes before you’re supposed to leave and you are expected to work on them or you get in trouble. They do not care if you already have a commitment or something to do. Anyways, if you want to be consistently stressed, be micromanaged and never have a moment of peace work here, you will love it. But hey free coffee *insert eye rolling emoji here*

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

Good colleagues, arguably a good job post college (for like a year MAX)

Cons

I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. Spent 5 years there, and watched it go further downhill every year. You leave with only soft skills (if that), and 0 actual industry knowledge. Seriously, you leave only knowing a bunch of Hocus Pocus. I am really surprised this company hasn't been bought yet. Or merged. On my team alone, we lost 7 out of our 9 managers since January... either due to layoffs or them quitting. Pay is low. There are no bonuses and it's very difficult to get a raise. 90k in NYC is poverty. There are bright people that come in with Masters, and PhDs, and MBAs -- handing them 90k is insulting.
