Good crowd. But, qualifications & hiring work has no interdependence. Payscale is averagely the same except for promotions/rewards/bonus which is given to the "FAVOURITES". Enjoy your stay but dont expect great "hard work" will be equalised with great pay/rewards/bonus. Performance is purely evaluated as per the individual & not judged by his work. Typical BPO envt with calls targets & back office operations. HR, Finance, Legal & other supporting staff adds values & are fully supportive in streamlining office policies.
Cons
Limited learning & career scope. Redundant work Small office still faces lot of bureaucracy. Expect lot of partiality/gender biasedness & favouritism. Stringent leaves policy & depends entirely on your equation with your manager. Rules, morals, values & humanity should be equally treated & not on the basis of gender. Attrition rate is quite high as rewards/promotion does not have same degree of measurement.
