Cons
Company policies change every day without any reason. GC head promotes people not based on ability, but purely on who is good at brown-nosing. People with no ability and no brains can also lead others, so ridiculous. In this toxic environment, no one is focusing on work. Business in China is declining sharply. I wouldn't be surprised if this company goes under soon under the current management team. I stay here just waiting for a severance package.
