      Stable income and global reach Interesting technologies Small team dynamics can be successful

      Toxic culture of pressure for FTEs and money thrown at externals Impossible to have truly unified guidelines for anything (every company is it's own island) All ideas no matter how big or small go ahead, nothing is prioritised for value and relevance Customer first ---- is more like customer last. Low motivation results in bad attitudes
