      Great company that has developed me professionally and personally. Plenty of opportunities to those willing to demonstrate a hard-working attitude coupled with an ambitious mindset.

      Cons

      Move away from the departmental blame culture at times of pressure. Not enough resource to fulfill site wide demands on workload, leading to multiple issues throughout the project life cycle.
