      Pros

      Most of the people there are good to work with and professional, but there are some petty backstabbers as well.

      Cons

      They talk the talk about supporting your work and development in the recruitment phase, but don't follow through after you join. Promises of increased responsibility and compensation were empty, especially the compensation.

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
