      Good benefits, especially PTO Flexibility on work environment Good team, friendly people, lots of people with high experience Global company, opportunities to work with people from other countries

      Lack of clearly communicated standards for work, difficult to figure out company practices Emphasis on hitting deadlines over following proper safety protocols Understaffing leads to excessive travel Lack of opportunities for career growth and training
