      Stability, good work/life balance, decent pay, great PTO and 401K.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible. If you are ambitious and want to achieve and want to be rewarded/compensated accordingly, this is not the place for you.

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
