Pros
Generally the atmosphere at work is polite. Most of the coworkers I interacted with during my time there were kind and hardworking so the team itself is a big pro.
Cons
Management can be lazy. There's considerable mission creep throughout the time in the role so as the months go by you find yourself with added tasks that should have their own department but they have distributed them around the HR team. Compensation isn't competitive and there's multiple little empty benefits they use as an excuse to justify not renegotiating a salary up to the value of one's contribution. Very likely they won't keep the ability to work from home after COVID. They have dodged the matter everytime it came up as if expecting to find the perfect moment to say they won't allow it. The extension of the pandemic past the point anyone truly expected it to last has forced them to keep kicking down the can for later so up until the last time I heard from friends still working there they hadn't provided a final answer. I was offered the raise I wanted once I informed them I was leaving for a new opportunity elswhere.
