Pros
GEA is a conglomerate of many engineering firms which provides financial and management support. Although the GEA group is large,the individual companies are smaller firms (less than 100 people), which preserves an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of creativity,
Cons
Because a lot of the GEA companies are small, there is no room to move up. To work at the HQ you ust speak and write in German, which is a big limiting factor.
