      People are great Worldwide customer base, lots of travel opportunities Supportive for career development

      Not much collaboration outside of functional group Restructure on varying scales every few years Clarity from management what changes are on the horizon

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
