      Nice colleagues and team members

      Cons

      Current higher management was promoted because growth was quick, therefore they lack experience. This makes it difficult to receive support for projects and to 'raise your hand'. Escalations also take forever for feedback- no one knows who to ask... etc.

      Seems they restructure A LOT. The main reason I left.

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
