      Pros

      Great reputable company to work for and gave me the experience and training under my belt. I have learned more in the past 4 years than in my entire career as a FE.

      Cons

      No incentives on staying. No pension or bonuses just yearly 3 percent raises and overtime. Be prepared if staff is low. You will be thrown in to the flames and in multi modality it could be years for relief. Even then… that relief may just quit or move on. So time to start over where the burden is on your shoulders.
