      Pros

      I enjoy working for a global company that makes products that make a difference in the world. It's all about the relationship you have with your direct manager. I have a rockstar of a boss! The past 3 leaders I have worked under have been great humans and I've enjoyed forking for them.

      Cons

      Huge companies can be hard to navigate with all the processes in place. Just getting simple answers can be tricky. The first 2 managers that I had with the company were notoriously horrible people to work for (neither are no longer at the company). It's all about who you work with.
