      Pros

      Extremely flexible, plenty of opportunity for promotion and relocation. Strong policies and procedures in place. GE Capital better place to work though then the industrial side.

      Cons

      Industrial businesses not as "GE" as other areas. People set in their ways a little more as they are predominatly from heritage businesses acquired by GE.
