Management is grown very rapidly so anyone and everyone has been in the management...what they practice and preach rarely matters...people who can suck up to the manager will be successful..minimal chances of going on site visits They talk about diversity, but diversity is rarely helped encouraged to get ahead..rather every step is taken to push them down. ~80-90% of female employee who gets married or has a kid will get bad rating in that year.
