A determination to design, build and support outstanding products matched by the results from the customers' point of view. Typical across all of GE, a place where everyone, no matter where they came from, has a realistic shot to rise to their fullest potential provided they put forth the effort, indeed, an incredible effort, since that's what most seem to be doing [speaking of professional employees, that is].
