Pros
Technology, good problems to solve, and hey they have a 401(k) too. And you get Medical benefits.
Cons
They don't train you on burnout. The phrase "Believe you me, I gave at GE" applies. They don't care about your stress level. Typical HR revolving door, 12 months in and out. That facility in Evendale is not enjoyable, it's an ugly area. They work their people too hard. If you're dedicated, then your work/life balance is out the window. What good is retirement savings if you aren't around to enjoy it?
