Gaotek review - Intern Business Development GAO Tek Employee Review

It is an unpaid internship. After that if you work well, you are told you will be put into retention for another 2 months, which will also be unpaid. So you get fully exploited. Broken chain of command, extremely poor HR screening, they hire anyone because they want to use unpaid interns. At least in Business development team, you get to learn nothing, all you do is spam emails to as many firms as you can. I have seen at least 20+ interns come and leave in less than a month. The top most management is extremely unprofessional.
