Pros
they have big posts, benefits is that since they have big posts there is overtime available at some posts they pay overtime if work they pay without a problem uniform is free, as long as you return when fired or quit pay is good in some posts compared to other companies
Cons
when you are 1st hired they make you believe they are the best in the world , there are so many benefits, all an ilusion, when you begin you realize is not what they said at first. too much favoritism. depends if supervisor like you he work with you, if are not their ass kisser, they will make you work the worst schedules, do most of the work, while supervisor & their friends are doing nothing or doing the easy work while you are doing their job. supervisor dont respect employees. you have to be available 24 hours for them. you dont get a time or day of work before they require you to accept the position after you accept and you canot do all the shift they want , they say then why did you accept the offer?? hey am not sure all the posts supervisor and offices are same way i am only taling about m experience, you might get something good.
