This place has literally been the worst place I’ve worked in my life you are micromanaged you are not allowed to go to the toilet and expected to hold it till your break or lunch which sometimes is 2 hours+ away management lie to you when you tell them you’re struggling. They treat you like your scum. I have never been depressed in my life however working at G4S I was severely depressed holidays are extremely hard to get approved even though you are entitled to it you have to fight for them. They invade your privacy when you have a dr’s appointment management want to read the letter as proof which is disgusting! My team started off at 30 people within 2 months we were down to 10 and another month letter 4 people were left that should tell you a lot! I absolutely hated working here as it has caused me depressing and ptsd even thinking about this place. To anyone who reads this if you value your mental health or have some respect for yourself then find a job elsewhere because they will destroy you. In our team meetings one of the team members would cry on a consistent basis because of how stressful this place is.
