      You will have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      You will be fixed with a single task and you will be required to perform it over and over. You don't get opportunities to learn and grow. Using Old/Inhouse Softwares. They don't even use the Windows Laptops. We do the work on Remote Desktop server from Chromebooks.
