      You get a lot of work depending on your avaiibility . Similarly you make a lot of money. You can work in flexible shifts pattren

      Cons

      Daily long hours shift which make you tired. Less chances to promote to a higher position. Some time you need to travel to different sites for work. Wages for manager and front line officers are almost the same.
