People are at the heart of this business and there are some fantastic people that I work with on a daily basis that like to make a difference to the lives of those in their care and also to have a positive impact to their peers.

Due to the logistics of the business there can be silo'd working, however colleagues are open to improved practices and working collaboratively together.
