Pros
The professionalism and integrity of G4S employees is second to none. G4S gives you the room and autonomy to shine. G4S has clear strategy and direction, giving you something specific to aim for. The work G4S does affects people’s lives in terms of their security and safety and this is truly something to value. The management team is tremendously supportive and approachable. G4S and its employees have a real 'can do' attitude, which you would expect from a global solutions supplier. The people at G4S make it an exceptional organisation to work for.
Cons
It is very difficult to name any downsides, but to ensure balance in my review, I would suggest the sheer size of the organisation sometimes leads to communication challenges.
