Pros
Large scale, highly successful, lots of personally ethical and professional people wanting to make a difference. Some amazing firsts which have truly made a difference and delivered excellent customer service.
Cons
Lost it way with so much emphasis on money and cutting that it almost felt like was an investment bank contracts were only about money. `Used to be that money came as a result of delivery of excellent services but turned too how much is that contract worth and what can we do minimum delivery.
