      Pros

      Some really great people to work with. We spend most of our time looking for better jobs.

      Cons

      Company is going nowhere fast. High salary positions are few and far apart. Again supervisory positions are reserved for people with little experience. Retired and former police officers are not considered for any supervisory positions.
