Pros
Good early opportunities to develop and progress. There used too be signifigant funds for training which lead to highly trained employees but the training was reduced in time. A high turnover of staff is caused by unrealistic expectations and false promises.
Cons
Run in the main by bullying managers, who are usually either bullied from above or are trying to make a name for themselves. Too many incompetent people with a lack of knowledge for the roles they carry out. Too much expected from employees due to rediculous contracts agreed between the company and customers.
