      Pros

      I can not think of one positive thing about this company. Don't bother applying if you have had anything other than a speeding ticket, even if it was 40 years ago.

      Cons

      Even though they say they will not look back more than 10 years into your background for misdemeanors they will disqualify you for having a minor issue further back than that. Even Police Departments do not care as much about little things.
