Pros
good work culture,payment on time,good corporate training,very good atmosphere upto branch level.
Cons
Sr. management are worst,Guards initial training is worst (Zero equipment available at training centre other than fire cylinders), Nobody listens to the operation team, no operation meetings are held in last three years, Sr. management only care for the monthly cheques,Some Sr. management behaves as if G4S is there fathers property, worst is the accounts dept.
