      Pros

      As a flex guard I get a variety of post to perform my duties and get to meet and network with other employees of the company.

      Cons

      The pay scale is not very impressive and slightly above the minimum wage and the opportunity to work overseas through G4S doesn't seem likely to be as available to employees working in the USA.
