Pros
Thorough training. Great leadership and great employees. Fun clients to work for. I enjoyed my time when I did work there. I got to experience just about everything from lobby reception security, vehicle patrol, critical facility security, undercover theft response, and armed bank/ATM protection detail.
Cons
I felt like I was only a number, and that my previous qualifications and training would only get me so far and no hope for moving up in the company. I have met a lot of great people who were under utilized by the company. It's a great company, but they need to notice and appreciate the good in those who serve on the front line of the company.
