Pros
-Can work independently and without much hassle from management -Hours can be flexible (i.e. you need time off for appointments, emergencies etc.) -Multiple posts available, which means overtime is available.
Cons
-There does not seem to be much room to grow professionally -Management can sometimes be incompetent -Some fellow employees can tend to slack which will increase your workload.
