Pros
G4S has got some good line managers, positions are stable (even if it means being redeployed). There is flexibility to get added time off without pay if you're in a general role.
Cons
The company is quite set in its ways and there isn't too much scope for promotion. Management positions are heavily guarded, and intelligent people will have a hard time fitting in because they will be more intelligent than most people there.
