      Great opportunity to develop crisis management and change management skills.

      Cons

      Pay rises and bonuses are carrots that are dangled and rarely delivered. Profit is placed ahead of company values, client contracts and staff welfare. Be prepared to work an average average 70 hr week and peak at 100+ when the pressure is regularly.
