No opportunity for advancement. With this company, it's not what you know, it's who you know. They only promote people with personal connections to the upper management. You can have a college degree, decades of experience, many years with the company, a perfect record, and you still won't be promoted. You won't even make it to being interviewed for a supervising job. This shows that the people in upper management don't belong there either.
