salary gets credited on time. Thats it.
Cons
1. no work culture 2. no process 3. if you don't know "buttering"- or not a yes man - you will be fired. Or get cornered or bullyed in such a way that you will develop mental health issues or physical disease even can become suicidal. 4. HR is incapable,rude, unprofessional - management should fire them asap . 5. They will increase office hours as per their whims... it is against company policy. you will be pressurized to work 10-12 hours per day - 6 days a week. No work life balance. No planning and no sensibility. 6. They don't even provide proper KT to new joiners and expect them to work like a pro... without any product knowledge. 7. so much negativity... fear of losing job will kill you...slowly... 8. WFH policy is there... but it is just for show.. it is for those yes men only. 9. Higher management is dillusional and non technical. 10. Attrition rate is >60% which proves all the above points
