Javelin Program was a very good program for worldwide internal use in G4S. Initially the architecture was very good and good technology stack was chosen. But incapable hands ruin the entire application. It become now like a school projects. Current management is a group of friends they join G4S as a shelter in old age home. They only like boot licker if you oppose them on any occasion it is not a matter how right you are but they will start cornering and disliking you. The funniest thing is RnR ceremony every quarter. It is a circus and jokers are awarded and rewarded that day. The most duffer person would be awarded with Gold price you will laugh literally by seeing the selection. They recognize and give award to their YES MEN and butlers only and expect others to work day and night without questioning. You can grow fast depend how good butler you are. Recently they hire a VP-Engg, he think himself a technology boy. You will be fed up by listening his foolish and bookish ideas whole day. Top is very heavy so everyone here for taking status only. Whole GDC from top to bottom is involved in bug fixing. VP and VPs only care for their visibility nothing else. They are taking backward to tech stack because they are not updated on new technologies. Office timings can be changed anytime on short notice. They can increase office hrs against company policy and no compensation is given to anyone. The fool people think that by changing the timings and increasing the working hrs will give more output. They can ask you to stay back on short notice and no one will care for food and transport. HR is very arrogant and incapable, never interacted with employees and speak very rudely she should be fired immediacy.
