It’s a job, if you’re full time you get hours, they’re trying.
Cons
No room to grow with this job. They don’t care if you’re being mentally abused by supervisors at all. They will mess up your pay and make you battle to get it. Will force you to work overtime then get mad that you worked overtime. Will adjust your hours to avoid overtime at all costs. They take on more contracts than they can handle and they don’t hire qualified individuals at all. Your pay will never increase unless you move to another contract. Most severely underpay you anyway.
