Severely underpaid as a Supervisor with amount of responsibility required. When I had weekly issues with the same officers for the same reasons, HR did nothing to help the situation. Never gave full description of responsibilities to new officers I was to train, once they heard about morgue transfers, the new officers actually left the site and refused to be trained.
