- Old timers involved only in politics, they are not interested in work. Lot of back biting and unhealthy competition specially at mid-management level (Principal, Sr Principal level) - New joiners at Lead/Manager level are made scapegoats and not supported by top management even when they are aware of the situation. - In last 1.5 yrs - 2 HR heads have resigned, 1 Director IT has resigned, 1 VP has resigned. Not a place where you can plan for your future ahead. - Bosses sitting in UK drive everything and have very un-realistic expectations - No approach to build software. Architecture gets changed even in the last months of delivery. - Avoid joining this company -
