      Pros

      Middle managers are great, anything above them is not too be trusted.

      Cons

      The top levels of management are trying to get too big and too corporate. General manager at site level is very untrustworthy and sexist. Him and his right hand man are thieves. They don't pay very well. There is almost no opportunity to advance ever.

      Occasionally they buy pizza for the department.

      Cons

      You will have shady dealings done behind your back and when you bring up a concern, nothing will be done about it. Employees that randomly disappear and abandon their teammates will get to keep their job while you will be let go.
