Company gives you opportunity to work independently. a fresher will get to learn a lot of things. You have a liberty to work from 9am to 5pm only.
Cons
there will be huge difference in the salaries of two similar profiles.People have tendency to pile up their work. Restricted carrier growth for youngsters. No transparency in the work rules, any senior manager can change the rule as per their wish.
